Finding A Videographer

Have a wedding videographer chosen yet? The task can seem daunting. To help ease the burden we have created a checklist for you.
1. Review their website and demo videos. Check out their style and skill.
2. Are they professional and knowledgeable within their field? As being professional seems to be a personal taste, some things should be standard such as:
a. Did they answer all your questions?
b. Were they timely with the correspondance?
c. Are they familiar to wedding industry standards, products and terminology?
3. Were they able to explain in detail their services clearly?
4. Was the camera person creative with their shots and were they steady?
5. How was the sound quality? Was it clear or garbled?
6. Was the color vibrant or full?
7. Do they achieve all their footage allowing you to request additional copies later?
8. Do they offer a wide range of products from simple to complex, and will they customize their products to suit your specific needs?
Your wedding is a once in a lifetime chance so don’t go cheap. A cheap wedding service results in a cheap wedding video. And in capturing this once in a lifetime moment, you cannot go back and do it over.
